Employee?
Chick-Fil-A is a popular example of a faith-based business, this is a company that serves food to
communities and has Christian principles set for the company. Faith-based businesses are mostly
run by those with very spiritual people who pray and set their life for a purpose to live for their
faith. These businesses are built like any other business, by getting funds and starting slowly.
Faith-Based businesses also have a large impact on the community around them and with the
economy of the local area. Since faith-based businesses are built on religious principles they are
known with having good attitudes economically when it comes to employee pay and prices of
products. A faith-based business is a business that is started like any other business but is run by
spiritual people, and have a positive effect on the local area and economy as a whole.
