The 21st December, 2017
No. 9/106/2001-3B&R(W).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of Section 2 of the Haryana
Mechanical Vehicles (Levy of Tolls) Act, 1996 (9 of 1996), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following
amendment in Haryana Government, Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads Brach), notification
No. 9/106/2001-3B&R(W), dated the 12th May, 2017 namely:–
Amendment
In the Haryana Government, Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads Brach), notification 9/106/2001-
3B&R(W), dated the 12th May, 2017,–
(i) the figures, signs and words ―(i) TP-49; Narnaul-Koriawas-Rambass road upto Rajasthan Boarder in
Mohindergarh District (Road ID 2642) ;‖ shall be omitted.
(ii) the figures, signs and words ―TP-49‖ wherever occurring shall be omitted.
