Dear ThoughtStorm,

Coming from a very humble background with little to no opportunities, my dad tried very hard to be a real role
model to me and my brother to follow.

He loves all tech-related fields, electronics, programming, mechanics, but neither he nor my grandparents could
afford to pay for his education and had to become a self-taught. Despite all his drawbacks, he won a national price
in 2012 when he built a mechanic arm with discarded electronic pieces and programmed all the necessary
microcontrollers to manage the whole system… with a joystick.

His face being announced as the winner rivals in my memories with he seeing our amusement when he bought us
a new, and very first PC (an Intel’s Pentium II, what a years!).

It wasn’t clear to us at that moment, we now have a new way to play games!, we thought. In his mind, he wasn’t
giving us a toy, he was introducing us to the digital world, giving us a new toolbox to solve our problems, a new set
of opportunities, the beginning of a new life. A way out of poverty.

I found out later in my life that i was learning a foreign language by myself and learning programming with Java,
and i really enjoyed it. I could see a whole new world opening in front of me. A world that i felt in love with.

He was, is and will always be the biggest superhero in the entire universe.

I believe I would be a great fit for the Software Development Programmer role because I approach every job with
the same set of values i've learned from my role model: ethics, passion, continuous learning, and the belief that
with the right mindset anything is possible.

Currently, i’m leading the dev team in a Spanish startup, an in cloud law-firm that is using technology to reach
further and grow fast.

I helped them to integrate a NextJS app with HubSpot using the power of Firebase Cloud Functions to meet the
complex CRM logical specifications and managed to drop errors in code by 50% and rising conversion rate by
15%.

I believe my skills will be a great fit in the team and finally help the company to reach its tech goals, leading to
more successful customers who will be inclined to form a long term commercial relationship.
