Globalization

1. Discuss the impact of Globalization on the lives of students.

Globalization is the shrinking of space and time that brings nations, cultures, and
people together in mutual regard. Every day, I am exposed to globalization. I
experience it when I connect with individuals on social media, when I access the
internet, when I listen to music by foreign artists, when I read books, and even when
I use items that aren't made locally. There are many things that I encounter when it
comes to globalization. Globalization is all around us, even if we don't always realize
it.
Globalization has a major impact on students like myself. Students have the
chance to acquire and master new skills from diverse cultures as a result of the
changes and advances brought about by globalization. We are also given the
opportunity to learn about many multicultural differences, resulting in a society that
does not tolerate discrimination among cultures. This also helps us students prepare
to collaborate and interact with people from diverse nations or cultures. These are
only a few of the effects Globalization has on a student's life.

2. Discuss the negative economic impact of Globalization

Just like change, globalization is also a constant thing, it is also inevitable.

Wherever you go globalization will always be observed, you can never avoid it. We
can’t blame anyone for it because it is already a process or a movement in every
country. Countries utilize it to survive but sometimes, globalization makes a country
go poorer and poorer and it can also make some countries grow richer and richer.
The future of one country is in the hands of both the leader and its people. It is
determined by how the leader handles situations and how the people behave and
react to it. Globalization has a positive aim of bringing people together, yet it may
also be used to oppress others. Globalization is unjust; it does not provide equal
opportunities, it makes others selfish, it is sometimes used by people who only want
power for themselves, it makes people greedy and inhumane, and many leaders are
afraid to speak out because they will be bullied by these large corporations and
investors. Although there are many negative consequences of globalization, it is still
a way to reach out to people or other countries. It can also be a huge help to other
suffering countries because there are many corporations, countries, businessmen,
and so on that help and give a lot of opportunity and assistance to others.
