financial standing and reputation for the job defined in this tender. The details of the tender are given below:

Please note that Public Procurement Policy for MSE is meant for procurement of only goods produced
and services rendered by MSEs. Stockist/traders are excluded from the purview of public
procurement policy. However, the MSEs registered with agencies/bodies as per Public Procurement
Policy for MSEs Order, 2012 issued by Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise, Govt. of India, irrespective
of the items for which bidder/s are registered with the said agencies/ bodies are exempted from
payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

Please refer Annexures and attachments to Tender Guidelines for details of various Benefits /
Preferences/ Norms/ Requisites for MSE, STARTUP, DMEP, PPLC, DMISP, DMCPP & PPGSMD as per
Govt Policies, which will be applicable according to specific tender conditions.
