EVENT COORDINATOR : Is responsible for making

arrangements about the event so that the flow of work will be
smooth and organized.

EVENT MANAGER: Is responsible for organizing from

planning to the actual event. Sees if theres anything that neede in the
event and how its going.

MARKETING AND PROMOION : Is responsible in giving/

distributing posters, flyers and in social media flatforms about the
company.

FINACE AND BUDGET: Is responsible for the financing the

amount of the money the company estimited for an event they are going
to do.

For our event speakers we have the parents of the celebrant who will give some
messages and advice for their daughter who will going to face a legal age. And for the
entertainers we hire the celebrants favorite comedian Mr. Michael V and singer Ms.
Donnalyn Bartolome.

OVER ALL EVALUATION OF EVENT

Preparing a huge event like this is a challenge for us, we came up for the idea of having
a Garden Party to appreciate the nature and to have a new set up. In preparing the
event we realize we need more man power to be able to do the things we can’t easily do.
we also need more decorations to add in our facilities.
