User Manual For Candidates' Enrollment: WB PG Medical Counselling 2021

e-Counselling for NEET PG 2021 qualified candidates willing to participate in WB State Quota, Private
Management Quota and NRI Quota Counselling 2021 (purely indicative)
The NEET-PG 2021 qualified candidates willing to participate in WB State Quota, Private Management Quota and NRI Quota
Counselling 2021, have to participate and enroll by logging into the website https://wbmcc.nic.in/pg. The following web page will be
displayed:
Step 1: The candidate has to click on to the menu “Enrollment & Fee Payment” from ‘Online Services’ section. The following form
will appear:
The candidate has to select the stream (Medical in this case), provide personal information as per NEET-PG 2021 filled up
proforma/admit card, enter the security pin and then click on the button of “Submit”
Step 2: The details of the candidate will be displayed as per filled information in NEET-PG 2021:
The candidate has to click the button “Continue” to confirm if all the information shown are correct.
Step 3: Then the candidate has to provide internship completion date and then click on the button “Continue”.
Internship completion date must be on or before 30-09-2021. In case you enter a later date, you will not be allowed to proceed.
Step 5: Fill in the Service experience details, if applicable, in the following form and subsequent forms that appear for Service
Category Candidates:
Step 7: Confirm if the candidate has completed minimum three years of services taken together in rural/remote/difficult areas as on
the mentioned cut-off date. Minimum three years of services taken together in rural/remote/difficult area is mandatory for any
candidate to be eligible as In-Service category candidate as per the order of the DoH&FW, GoWB.
If selected ‘No’ the candidate will be exited from the enrollment process and may start the enrollment process afresh if otherwise
eligible.
Step 8: The following form will appear next for submitting details for Physically Challenged candidates. For Open Category
candidates this step will appear directly after Step 5 if selected ‘None of these’ option:
For a candidate with OBC status few more additional steps will follow to confirm the OBC status of the candidate as per West Bengal
government norms.
Select ‘Yes’ if the OBC certificate is issued from the state of West Bengal.
Step 10: The candidate has to secure minimum cut-off marks in the NEET-PG examination as per their eligibility as notified by
WBMCC to enroll in the counselling process. In case any candidate does not possess the minimum qualifying cut-off marks for a
particular category he/she will be out of the counselling process. The following screen shot depicts the situation where a UR/EWS
candidate with lower score than specified cut-off is not allowed in the counselling process.
Step 11: The eligible candidates with required qualifying marks would be forwarded to the next form for submitting the details of
possession of any previous PG degree courses.
Any candidate applying as In-Service candidate will be disqualified and exited if already in possession of any prior PG-degree at this
stage of enrollment.
But if In-Service candidate is already in possession of any prior PG-diploma, he/she will be allowed for enrollment.
Open category candidates will be asked to enter the course completion date if he/she possesses any prior PG-degree/PG-Diploma.
Date of completion for latest course should be on or before 30-04-2021 otherwise the candidate will not be allowed to proceed
further in the enrollment process.
If all parameters are entered correctly the confirmation page with all entered detail of the candidate will appear. Candidate has to
verify all the details carefully before final submition as once confirmed and submitted the details can not be changed or editted
any more. Candidate can always move back to previous forms and make necessary correction(s) if required before finally submitting
the form.
Step 12: Any In-Service candidate in possession of prior PG-Diploma will be asked to select the trainee reserve option.
Date of completion for trainee reserve should be on or before 30-04-2019 otherwise the candidate will not be allowed to proceed
further in the enrollment process.
Step 13: The following form will be shown only to open category canditates for submitting the details of service/indemnity bond.
Date of completion of bond period should be on or before 30-04-2021 otherwise the candidate will not be allowed to proceed
further in the enrollment process.
Step 14: Following screenshots display the sample confirmation page for different type of candidates viz. In-service category
Candidate, Open Category Candidate for ready reference.
If all the above information is correct then the candidate has to confirm submission.
Step 15: On confirming and submitting the application the candidate will be directed to the payment pages where the candidate can
pay the counselling fees online through credit card/debit card or net banking method as shown in the following screen shots:
You have to note down the payment transaction ID for future references. You may take a printout of the transaction slip by clicking
the “Print Transaction Details” link.
Step 16: Once the payment is made, click on the “Generate Acknowledgement Slip”. You will be directed to the following page.
Enter your Roll No., Date of Birth and Transaction ID to generate and print the Acknowledgement Slip. You are required to carry this
‘Acknowledgement Slip’ to the Allotted Institution during physical document verification and admission along with other relevant
documents/certificates.
Following are some sample Acknowledgement Slips for different category of candidates which are purely indicative.
The candidate has to take the print out and carry this “Acknowledgement Slip” to the Allotted Institution during admission and
appear for verification of the original documents.
Candidate may also generate and print the Transaction Slip and Acknowledgement Slip from the Counselling Homepage by clicking
the links “View Transaction ID” and “Slip Generation”.
Note:
1. After completion of Enrollment process the candidate has to register and exercise seat choices to participate in the counselling
process. Please refer the user manual for Registration Process available in the Counselling Website. Merely enrollment and payment
of fees does not qualify a candidate to participate in the counselling process.
2. This manual is purely indicative and only certain flows are shown for the convenience of the candidates. For details of eligibility
criteria and other counselling terms and conditions the candidate is advised to refer to the Counselling Notice uploaded at
