Re; True Equity and Fairness in Cannabis Without Cronyism and Free Speech Violations.

Dear Ms. Sardinas, Governor Inslee, Roger Goodman and All:

First of All read our Declarations filed in Federal Court I attached. Specifically in March, 2022 I requested a
meeting with Governor Inslee about my situation but unlike the chosen few nobody from his office or from any
of the Social Equity groups have reached out to me. You will find out why in a moment.

First please note the Petition that I support to make sure that original pioneers actually get priority in the fair
and open manner that was ORDERED by SSB5052 Sec. 6, as that has never been done thus far.

Lately we have been receiving notice of 30+ licenses to be issued most likely because of Governor Inslee's
Supplemental Budget.

We have also received notice by people who are VERY reliable sources that anyone who is a friend of
Christopher King, J.D. will NOT get a license, as seen by the Declaration of Kevin Shelton filed on behalf of
himself, his brother Ben, Sami Saad and myself because we are ALL lifetime friends of Mr. King. This is insane
as Mr. King has won and settled dozens of Civil Rights cases in housing and employment including Jury Trials
and Administrative Hearings. Even today he is a Hearing Officer.

He’s also done videos with Councilor Sawant. He hosted a Mortgage Foreclosure Forum in Central
District with area Candidates and the Seattle Stranger and Ansel Herz. He did videos with Seattle Police
and Councilor Mike O’Brien: after an innocent man’s ear was bitten off.

But…. true to form when Kevin Shelton did not renounce his friendship with Mr. King, Ms. Sardinas never
returned his March 4, 2022 telephone call and no one is playing ball with him as one of the original pioneers
and that was the whole point of Equity in the first place was to pay the most attention to those people, not the
people who are buddies with WSLCB like the way that Emerald Haze got licenses because Ollie Garreett was
close personal friends with Jim Buchanan, the same person who spearheaded this whole $125M package that is
going into play soon.

We are all in the same boat because among other things we appear weekly on Mr. King's "Weedwraps" show
that Ian Eisenberg characterizes as "bullshit."

I've seen it in writing in a text he sent to Mr. King.

We are also sharing stage time this weekend with some local musicians.

We were all individual pioneers in this field:

To our knowledge I am the ONLY Black and ONLY Black woman to actually make it past the Lottery initially.
Then I ran into problems while people like the Widmers and Kaleafa receive 4 licenses even though they were
considered extremely unsuitable candidates for $4.5M of Fraud and Tax issues.

The Sheltons and Mr. Saad took the risks way back in the day and should have been considered as Priority One
candidates to receive recreational licenses instead of the heartache and abuse they received that you can see in
their Federal Declarations they filed this week. I have attached them for you in addition to the Declaration
written today by Kevin Shelton about all of this.

Yet none of us, and perhaps no Muslims either seem to make it through The Guantlet, and we have clear
reason to know now that the pattern of selective deals is still very much part and parcel of the WSLCB
Experience, tacitly and expressly approved by Governor Inslee and all of you if you do not voice appropriate
concern over this patent Civil Rights violation.

The Government Accountability Institute (GAI) report and even internal present and past WSLCB staff members
have all pointed to their cronyism and racism and this is yet further proof. But beyond that it is a Constitutional
violation that I trust none of you will allow: Mr. Goodman you have influence over this department as Safety
Director of the State and holding a Law Degree.

This is a Racketeering issue.

This is a First Amendment Right of Association issue.
This is a First Amendment Right to Petition the Government for Redress issue.

Now because of politics and petty vendettas nobody talks to me anymore and the media is clearly controlled.

Whatever petty vendettas that people have against Mr. King for publicly speaking out on these issues needs
to be put aside before the State and their co-actors incur serious legal, moral and ethical liability.

Our East Coast associate has wrapped a short film last week and turning to our situation she has nailed down
guaranteed publication on our podcast that we will be starting in April as soon as our microphones arrive. We
hope to have positive information to share with the World instead of more of this.

We decided that I should be the one to issue this letter so that I can help provide the comfort and care that is
the hallmark of our Familial Black Woman.

As a nurturing Black Woman and the only one to survive the first round of “the lottery” don’t ask – I
demand - to be heard in an open forum with these other Black Woman from the State and other private
and public corporations who are shaping policy and procedure in this arena.
