Points of Grievances:

1. DD has asked a Swift Dezire car to guide a MBA faculty called Dr.Vimalnath. He was also informed in
Dean's room not to reveal this to anyone.
2. Dean asked me to prepare budget for social media promotions. I gave for 50k initially (as against
budget of 30+K last year, since i was looking after it). Then, as per instructions of DD, Dean asked
me to make it to 5lacs and then subsequently 10lacs stating only social media promotions will bring
admissions. I have proofs of revision of expenses mails sent to the Dean preparing budget as per
theinstructions of Dean and DD. (Note: The effectiveness of social media promotions was 1% only
was already informed in a meeting with Director admissions and DD long back and the report was
sharedtothe Dean as well).
3. Groups created. CDC HOD Mr.Sebastian has taken favor to get more gratuity and his officially
approved letter was personally given to him to be submitted to the Registrar. One cSE faculty
Mr.Muthurasu (who is relative of Registrar) was sent with him to help him meet Registrar at KTR
and help him out. Ih turn that faculty assumes so close to Dean (by giving nuts boxes etc) and
violates many things like class handling/ CT duties/ etc. Cdc Hod was invited for a meeting
convened by DD & Director admissions without calling VPs and other core heads except CSE HOD
(who was called to minute the meeting I suppose). Loss of about 5 lacs to the management.
4. For a budget which is not approved, Dean has signed for webinars money approval and sent it to
