some tourists such as the Filipinos and foreigners are not disciplined in disposing their trashes when
they tour the park.

IN THE DESTINATION/ATTRACTION

Solutions

 Use reusable cycle bags, this is the simplest way to promote sustainable tourism. This reduces the
usage of plastic bags, which fly all over the place and contaminate water and waste systems. This
reduces the need of plastic bags, which degrade the environment and are unsightly.
 Recycle, one of the most efficient strategies to help minimize landfill trash, protect natural
resources, safeguard ecosystems, reduce pollution, reduce energy consumption, and slow global
warming is to incorporate recycling practices into your everyday life.
 Take care of heritage places, heritage sites are likely to be visited by millions of tourists in a year, so
it needs to be taken care of. The monuments and artifacts are fragile so we should not vandalize
because it can affect people’s quality of life because it damages or destroys things that they need or
care about.

Recommendations

• In ways to improve current effort to accomplish more sustainable tourism development. Establishing
Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) in waste management is a system in which maintains the regular
cycle for the implementation and development of the waste management issue.
• Most of the waste is plastics, requiring recovery and recycling should only apply to single-use,
disposable materials such as plastic packaging. This regulation should exempt biodegradable plastics.
Because these plastics do not remain in the environment, they cause less of a threat.
• Encouraging and marketing other nearby tourist spots will undoubtedly help to minimize
overcrowding. It entices tourists to upgrade their tour and visit various captivating tourism attractions
around.
• Vandalism is no joke. It is recommended that the video footage be reviewed on a regular basis in order
to charge those who commit vandalism; disrespecting public local infrastructures is a serious crime.
• To ensure sustained tourism, individuals must be aware of the environment and raise awareness of a
present challenges in sustainable tourism so that corrective action may be taken rather than possible
consequences.

Goals

fauna at Rizal Park, raise public awareness of the need to conserve the country's natural

 NPDC plans to mark the trees with signs that identify these species, he said.
 "Then visiting the park is also a learning experience," he said. Increasing trees in
 Rizal Park will also help improve environmental conditions and mitigate the heat, thereby
enhancing the region's ability to promote people's well-being.
 According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the benefits of green spaces in parks and
other cities include promoting physical activity and relaxation, and helping manage mental
illness.

the country and is an integral part of the urban fabric and Philippine society. It has gone through
periods of importance as well as decline as it reflects the changing circumstances of the events
unfolding in its existence and the surrounding context and community.
 The Master Plan emphasizes the preservation of the historical and cultural value of the park, its
natural setting and economic sustainability, emphasizing the interconnection between people of
