PA POSSE DOMINATES TUSCARORA 50 WEEKEND

Port Royal, Pa., September 11, 2021- The Flo Sports All Star Circuit of Champions
returned to Port Royal Speedway for a three-night extravaganza known as the
Tuscarora 50. This year’s race was the 54th annual and was one of the biggest events
yet. The Tuscarora 50 is Port Royal’s marquee event of the year and is one of the most
sought-after sprint car races throughout the season. This year’s purse was over
$200,000 for the 3-day event.

The weekend kicked off on Thursday night when Brent Marks parked his family owned
#19 in victory lane. Marks kicked off his 2021 season as an All-Star Circuit of
Champion, but in April decided to part ways with the CJB team and return home to run
his hometown tracks. This is Marks’ 13th win of the season.

Friday night drew an even larger crowd and car count making it a competitive field and
Daryn Pittman took home the checkered flag. Pittman retired last season from full time
racing but was determined to get his shot at winning a Tuscarora 50 title. He drove the
#39 Swindell Speedlab car throughout the weekend and was able to bring it home
Friday night.

Logan Wagner’s weekend was off to a hot start, as he was named the Port Royal
Speedway 2021 track champion on Friday night, for the 4 th year in a row. The only thing
that could have made his weekend better was winning the Tuscarora 50, and he did just
that. Lance Dewease led 48 of the 50 laps, when Wagner was able to gain on
Dewease’s minor mistakes and take home the $54,000 prize.
