Participation per class: Maximum 3 Boys, 3 Girls

Substitutes: 1 Boy, 1 Girl

Round 1:

This round consists of a sprint across a predetermined path inside the college campus.
The fastest finishers shall qualify for the following rounds.

● The participants will be divided into 3 groups of 14, and 3 heats shall be
conducted (1 for each group).
● Participants not reporting at the venue prior to the start of the heats will be
disqualified.
● The fastest 4 finishers from each heat shall qualify for the next round.
● Participants cannot take part in multiple heats.
● At the start of the race, participants will first be given a warning in case of a
False Start, followed by a disqualification for a second offense.
● Intentional pushing and shoving (discretion of the organizing committee)
during the race will result in a direct disqualification.
● Any deviation from the decided route, shortcuts and incomplete finishes will
result in a direct disqualification.
● Participants are not allowed to argue with the volunteers or the organizing
committee, any issues raised will be solved after the race.
Round 2:

This round would be an arm-wrestling match between the qualified


participants for the event.

● The matches would be a best of 3 (first to 2 wins, wins).


● A toss will be done to choose if the participants want to use their right or left
hand for the first match. For the second match the other hand will be used.
● Incase of a third match a toss will take place for hand selection.
● Competitors can choose to start a match in the referee's grip or in a strip but
both competitors must agree to this.
● There are numerous fouls that can be committed in Arm Wrestling. These
include touching a part of your own body during the match, crossing their
shoulder into the opposition area, dropping the shoulder below the height of
the table, foul language, abuse or poor sportsmanship to name a few, all of
these will be penalized. 1 warning will be issued and on second offense the
participant will be disqualified.
● No moment of elbow outside the area given, if you do so you will be given a
warning at first and then the point will be given to the opposite team
● Participants have to keep the other hand behind your back.
● Participants are not allowed to stand.
● Participants have to keep their hands on the same level as the opponent.

Round 3:
It will be a strength round. The top 6 participants who have qualified from the previous
round will compete against each other in various exercises. Each exercise has been
given some amount of points according to the table that will be provided. The total time
given is 3 minutes and the points will be counted only for the exercise completed or
done in the given time.

Participants accumulating the most points within the 3 minutes will be deemed the
winners.

● The total points will be counted and not the time or number of exercise
● In case of a tie, there will be a tie-breaker. The priority will be given from top
to bottom as follows :
1. No. of Backflips done
2. No. of Pistol squats done
3. No. of Burpees done
4. No. of Pushups done
● For every exercise, only the total rep is counted. Exercises done half or not
done properly will not be counted (as per the discretion of the organizing
committee).
● No rest time or break will be given in between the 3mins.
● In case of injury in any of the last 2 rounds, the participant will be given an
option to quit, but no advantage or exemption will be given.

General Rules:
1) Participants not at the venue at the start of the event or the start of any individual
round will be disqualified without additional notice.
2) Participants need to take part in the First round to be eligible for
participation points.
3) The decision of the organizing team will be final and no arguments will be
entertained under any circumstances.
4) Classes causing a scene, hindering the proceedings of the event or being
disrespectful towards the organizing committee or faculty members will face
severe consequences.
5) The Management , Dean of students affairs and Students’ Council reserves the
right to edit the rules anytime and disqualify teams for reasons not being stated
in this list or take action.
ART IN MOTION

Participation per class: 5 teams ( Maximum ) , Per Team consisting of a model and an
artist i.e ( 2 participants in one team)

Description: Bring your creativity to life by showing your true COLORS. Based on the
theme, depict your interpretation of the same through face painting.
Duration: 1 hour
Rules:
1) Participants will be provided with only color palettes and water containers.
2) Participants need to get their own paint brushes and colors.It will not be provided.
3) You can paint anything related to the theme given.
4) Irrelevant paintings won’t be taken into consideration.
5) No extra time will be provided to any participant under any conditions.
6) Participants failing to face paint will not be eligible for participation points.
7) Participants cannot use any decorating items such as glitter, sequences, etc.
8) The decision of judges will be the final one and binding.
9) Certain rules will be told by the domain head or event coordinator on the spot
under the discretion of the judges.
10) In case of a tie, the cumulative score of Imagination and Creativity + Relativity to
the content will be considered.
11) The Management , Dean of students affairs and Students’ Council reserves the
right to edit the rules anytime and disqualify teams for reasons not being stated
in this list or take action.

Rang De RANGOLI

Participation per class: 1 participant ( Maximum ) : Individual Event

Description: Showcase your Rangoli skills as we give you the opportunity to paint the
campus in all shades of EUPHORIA!!

Duration: 1 hour

Rules:

1) Participants will be provided with rangoli material.


2) You can draw a rangoli on any topic.
3) Irrelevant rangoli won't be taken into consideration.
4) No extra time will be provided to any participant under any conditions.
5) Participants failing to draw a rangoli will not be eligible for participation
points.
6) Participants cannot use any decorating items such as glitter, sequences, etc.
7) The decision of judges will be the final one and binding.
8) Certain rules will be told by the domain head or event coordinator on the spot
under the discretion of the judges.
9) In case of a tie, the cumulative score of Imagination and Creativity + Overall
Appeal and Finishing will be considered.
10)The Management , Dean of students affairs and Students’ Council reserves the
