RESPOSIBILITIES:

 Develop and implement the project HSE plan, procedures and requirements.
 Analyzing the KPIs and summaries reports (Near miss, Incidents and suggestion, legal notices, enforcement
notices and complaints) and submit the corrective and Improvement actions to the Management and Clients.
 Analyze and prepare the HSE performance and KPI report of Employees, Contractors and submit the reports

 Carryout compliance verification on each 3 months on compliance of controls of existing Risk/Impact
Assessment and controls therein which includes also the legal requirements existing in the legal register or
if any new legal requirement is introduced pertaining to HSE.
  Analyzing the company business in the field of Environmental, Health and Safety Quality and prepare the
Management Programs.
 Conducting Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment and risk assessment for any new activity/new
machine/facility.
 Planning and preparing the Training Schedules and conducting the trainings as per the training schedules
approved by Management.
 Carrying out the incident investigation for necessary incident/accidents
 Preparing injury/illness/ Environmental incident statistical analysis report and submitting to Management
on monthly basis.
 Conduct HSE review meetings in Projects and Management Review meeting and prepare the minutes of
meeting in prescribed format and forward the MOM (minutes of meeting).
 Circulate Safety Alerts and communicate to all HSE representative and managers of the relevant/assigned
Projects.
 Maintaining the summary of first aid cases, Suggestion / Near miss data base, Safety attitude improvement
slip, report to manager on monthly basis.
 Prepare and represent all the OSHAS 18001:2007 documents with external auditor (Govt. & Third Party
certifying Body member)
