I am Elmer Herrera. 22 years old. I’m from Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, but currently living in
Manila. I graduated from Divine Word College of Calapan last October 2019. And now I am looking for a
job, but when I am bored I’m playing guitar and listening to music.

An office set up to handle a large volume of phone calls, especially taking orders.

WHAT WILL YOU DO TO IRRITATING COSTUMERS?

Remain calm. Repeat on what costumer say. Thank them for bringing issue. Explain steps you’ll
take to solve his problem. Be sincere.

WHY CALL CENTER?

Working in a call center gives you opportunity to polish and strengthen your communication and
also to help others problem.

WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?

Honestly, I possess all skills and experience that you might looking for. I’m pretty confident that I
can do my best to do my job.

WHAT DO YOU ABSENT?

The reasons could include planned events such as birthdays, weddings, family business, sickness
and emergency.

WHAT IS COSTUMER SERVICE?

The customer service is the provisions of service to customers before, during and after a
purchased.

WHAT IS YOUR STRENGTH AND WEAKNESSES

My strength includes patience, problem solving, excellent communication skill and fast learner.

HOW TO COOK ADOBO

1. Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic and onions.

  2. Add chicken and sear on all sides.

3. Pour in vinegar, soy sauce and water. Add bay leaves, pepper and Knorr Chicken Cube. Bring
to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to simmer. Continue to simmer for 10 mins.

  4. Remove chicken pieces from sauce and fry in another pan until nicely browned.

5. Put back fried chicken pieces into sauce. Add sugar and let simmer again for another 10
minutes or until sauce has thickened. Serve warm.
