I am Darshan Shetty as you can see up my CV.
As a person I believe in
Currently, I am pursuing PGDM in Marketing from Thakur Global Business School.
I am a Computer Engineer. Graduated in the year 2019 and I have done my Diploma
in Industrial Electronics in the year 2016.

My key takeaways, out of the various projects that I have done from retail to FMCG,
has been rapport building with customers, working towards customer satisfaction and
implementing sales strategies. Brands that I have been associated with are SS &
Britannia.

I have completed 2 months of internship with Shoppers Stop my job was to design
and implement strategies for increasing Sales of Pvt Label Brands and satisfy
customer needs and customer demand during my internship I also made sure that I
build good rapt with my customers and fellow mates that’s the basic skill required to
build a good network also I have had an opportunity to work with Britannia for 1
month where my task was to visit different stores with the salesman and convince
them to give them the order and also different projects were given to us.

My Hobbies are I like exploring new ideas and do brainstorming for the same, apart
from that I also love playing cricket and love playing computer games.
Talking about my future perspective, I want to be a part of a professional team such as
Sunteck Reality, use my skills to add value and continue learning.

 Strength and Weakness: -

My strengths are I am an honest, self-motivated and hardworking person with a positive
attitude towards my career and life. My weakness is I can't say no if someone asks for help.
 Family Background
My Family has 4 members including me, my father is a doctor, my mother she is housewife
and my sister is an advocate that’s all about my family.

Real Estate sector has immense growth potential. The sector opens up a massive opportunity
for employees like. Not only we will have great chance to make good money, but you also
have the liberty to work on our own.The real estate sector has the potential to offer a great
career opportunity. Though there are ample challenges, a career in real estate is highly
rewarding. A career in this sector requires one to float on independent business.

over 30 mn sq. spread across over 25 projects, 4 rented assets and pioneered in brand tie-ups
with international. With a natural flair in realty, combined with an astute sense of Finance
and Management, his foresight has enabled the 'Sunteck Brand' to create a niche for itself in
the industry.Sunteck Realty has entered into an agreement with a local land owner to jointly
develop around 50-acre land parcel in Vasind near Mumbai into an integrated residential
township. The company has entered into an agreement to acquire approx. 50-acre land parcel
in Vasind

 Tell us about Extra-Curricular Activities

I was an active cell member of Research Cell of TGBS were I got an opportunity to showcase
my skills being a leader, so my task was to handle events and quantify the work into different
segments by assigning the tasks to different members of the cell, also I had an opportunity to
interact with the speakers of the event and build a network with them.
 What are your learnings from internship?
First thing is understanding what the customer needs, understanding them and then providing
them with the solution so here listening skills comes into the picture. Second thing was
during my Britannia internship lots of retail customers were having queries and issues so as
an intern I got an opportunity to act upon the query and solve them so here decision making
skill came into picture.
