Salient Features

Modified UNICOPro Fencing consists of 8ft UNICOPro fence, with a fence-top wall
spikes to provide high security, and also provide an integrated, well designed look
to the perimeter.

The perimeter is conceived as our Modified UNICOPro fencing, with a height of 8ft. This will be superior to
any chain-link based fencing, with a life of at least 10 years beyond any chain link fabric based fencing.

We are providing fibre-optic PIDS as an option on the fencing, with requisite alarms - and this is quoted
separately in a separate quotation.

● Safe storage near to shed for Unloading of the UNICO material close to the actual erection site.
● Any civil work shall be in customer scope.

All ex-works prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, insurance, octroi and transportation, and are payable at actual
at rates ruling at the time of delivery.GST @ 18% applicable on supplies, services, transportation.

● PAYMENT TERMS FOR SUPPLY

-50% of supply value Advance Along with confirmed order,
-50% of supply value Against material readiness, before dispatch

● PAYMENT TERMS FOR INSTALLATION

- 50% advance on receipt of material at site
- Balance on completion & handover.

● DELIVERY TERMS FOR SUPPLY

Ex Works A-1 Fence, 8 - 10 Weeks after receipt of advance

● INSTALLATION TIMELINES
45 - 60 days after receipt of material at site, subject to site readiness and other factors outside the influence of
the manufacturer.

● OFFER VALIDITY
15 days from the date of this offer.

● CHANGE OF SPECIFICATION
Any change in technical specification, as the case may be, might attract price revision & also revision in delivery
schedule.

● RE-MOBILISATION CHARGES
The above installation charges are considering one visit of our erection crew. Any re-mobilization of the crew will
be charged extra based on the conditions during the re-mobilization.

● TRANSPORTATION
To be arranged by Sai Enterprises and billed to ESL Steel Ltd at actuals.

● MATERIAL RECEIVED RECEIPT

Customer needs to sign the LR, Invoice and Packing list for the material received at site, any short material
claim afterwards won’t be accepted without above signed documents
