 Instructions
Your steps

Follow the steps in the order on your chart for AM or PM

• Cleanser - 5 pence size amount, apply to damp face and cleanser for 30-60 seconds then rinse and pat dry

• Toner - 5-7 drops onto a cotton pad and wipe over the face - do not rinse

• It’s easier if you have a small travel spray bottle, empty the toner into this and use 3-4 squirts onto a cotton pad
and then apply to the face (this is more economical)

• Clear - 1/2g (this is a line of cream from the “O to A” on the small Obagi bottles, or the line roughly the length of
your finger tip), you must use 1/2g for treatment to be effective. Apply using finger tips and avoid the eyes.

• Exfoderm - 5 pence size amount, apply directly to dry face - do not rinse

• Blender AND Tretinoin - 1/2g of each (see instructions for clear to measure 1/2g) on the back of your hands, mix
together with fingertips and use your finger tips to apply to the face avoiding the eyes

• Hydrate - 1 full pump, applied to whole face using fingertips.

• Sun shield matte (AM only) - must be used every day even if just indoors (to protect against UVA which penetrates
through glass) - 5 sense or finger sized amount to entire face

These are your prescription products, and like any prescription you must stick to the
dosages prescribed:

• 1/2g is the equivalent of a line of product from the O to the A on the smaller Obagi
bottles or a line the size of the first notch on your index finger.
• These products are to be applied using only your finger tips, and up to the rim of the
eye only.
 Tretinoin
PM use only

This product is to be mixed with your BLENDER. On the back of your hand, squirt out
1/2g blender (1/2g is equal to a line of product from O-to-A on small Obagi bottles) and
1/2g tretinoin and then mix. Use your finger tips to apply the product. To your whole
face (avoid the rim of the eyes)

• This product may dry your skin, redness, dryness and peeling is expected and normal.
• Ideally, wait for this to absorb into the skin before applying your Hydrate (last step of the
evening routine), which roughly takes around 5 minutes.
 SPF
AM use only

This is a must when using Tretinoin and is compulsory

• A minimum of SPF30 must be used daily, and applied as the final layer.
• Use even if you are only in the house (this is because UVA travels through glass and
can cause pigmentation and damage to the skin)
• If you are using your own SPF, ensure it is broad spectrum (UVA & UVB)
• Be generous with the SPF
