defines how people in the organization should behave. It provides a guideline for
decision making.

The group believes that the link between the mission-vision concepts and
standards is ethics. The company's professional standards are linked to the code of
ethics which promotes ethical collaboration and behavior throughout an organization,
resulting in a good corporation with a solid foundation. The mission and vision
statements, as well as the code of ethics, contain values and principles that tie to the
company's professional standards. The company's agreed standards ensure that all
stakeholders know how to treat one another with respect and do business in a
professional manner.
