Beatitude

What is beatitude
- Beatitude is the summarization of Jesus teaching in his
whole life, Beatitude is the core or the heart of Jesus
teachings. Beatitude teaches us to live in a very happy way
at the same time in a very righteous way.
Explain beatitude 1 or Blessed are the poor in spirits for theirs is
the kingdom of heaven
- This beatitude teaches us na we should be appreciative and
be thankful for all the gifts that we receive it does not
matter if its big or small. We should learn to appreciate and
be grateful for what we have.
Explain beatitude 2 or blessed are they who mourn for they will
be comforted
- This beatitude teaches us na we should mourn for our sins
and hatred that is present in our society
Explain beatitude 3 or blessed are the meek for they will inherit
the land
- This beatitude tells us na we should be gentle or calm, we
must control ourselves from doing evil things. For short
hindi dapat magagalitin or pikon
Explain beatitude 4 or blessed are they who hunger and thirst for
righteousness for they will be satisfied
- This beatitude teaches us na we should do the right thing
kahit na mahirap or kahit natin na alam natin na
maraming magagalit
Explain beatitude 5 or blessed are the merciful for they will be
shown mercy
- This beatitude teaches us na we should learn to forgive and
we should treat them kindly and forgive them

Explain beatitude 6 or blessed are the clean of heart, for they

will see God
- This beatitude is about the cleanliness of our heart and
minds. This beatitude teaches us na we should help other
people wholeheartedly hindi imbis na may kailangan ka
doon mo lang siya tutulungan
Explain beatitude 7 or blessed are the peace maker for they will
be called the children of God
- This beatitude teaches us na we should spread peace and
avoid hatred.
Explain beatitude 8 or blessed are they who are persecuted for the
sake of righteousness for theirs is the kingdom of heaven
- This beatitude tells us that na kahit pagtawanan ka or
kahit ano man sabihin ng tao gagawa ka dapat ng
kabutihan.

HUMAN DIGNITY
What is dignity?
- Human Dignity is the right to respect other people
regardless of their status, religion or gender.human dignity
is something that we treasure and with us bago tayo
ipanganak
CULTURE OF EXCLUSION
- Culture of exclusion is we exclude people from us as long
na we’re happy. Wala tayong paki alam kahit may ibang tao
na nag susuffer sa paligid mo ang mahalaga ay masaya ka.
THROW AWAY CULTURE
- Throw away culture is if hindi mo na kailangan yung person
or if tapos mo na siyang gamitin you will throw the person
away.
WAYS WE CAN PROTECT HUMAN DIGNITY
Principle of respect
- If you want people to respect you, you should also respect
them. To protect your friends or family’s dignity we need to
respect them
Principle of good will and not ill will
- If you want to protect your dignity and the others dignity
dapat kung ano yung gagawin or intention mo dapat
maganda at makakabuti ito.
The principle of double effect
- Means na we should think before we act or decide on
something because it can also affect other people. Example
is sewerslide because yes nakalaya ka nga but you’re
passing the burden to your family.
Principle of integrity
- This means na we should always do the right things may
nakakakita man or wala.
Principle of justice
 - This means na we should treat people equally. We should
give them the same amount of respect regardless of who
they are.
Principle of utility
- This mean that we should always pick an action or choice
that will benefit for everyone.

FREEDOM & AUTHENTIC FREEDOM

What is the difference
The difference between authentic freedom from freedom is authentic
freedom is thinking before we act or make descion and we do good
things and decision para hindi magwakas yung freedom or
Kalayaan ng isang tao. while freedom is doing whatever you want
without knowing your limitations and not considering the
limitations.
Freedom must never be isolated from responsibility
- We should always be responsible in our action and choices.
Freedom is to do what is just right and just.
Even though na may freedom tayo we should do what is right
hindi dapat natin aabusuhin

MORALITY IN HUMAN ACTION

Lahat ng Gawain ng tao can be classified as good or evil
Human acts
- These are the action that is done with freedom, knowlage
and consent. Aware ka na ginawa mo yung action
- Examples
- Crying because of someone
- Eavesdropping
- Listening to music
- Returning a lost item
- Telling the truth
Acts of man
- Acts of man is the opposite of human acts, this is where you
do something your not aware of or you cannot control it
- Example
 - Dreaming
- Growing of hair
- Beating of heart
- Action done by an insane person
- Breathing
Three sources of the morality of human acts
Object chosen
- This is the action itself.
Circumstances
- This answer the question who when and where, it is the
person involved, where did it happen and when did It
happen
Intention
- This answer the question why?, this is the purpose of the
action.
