EXPERIENCE AT IFORTIS WORLDWIDE

1) YOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE ORGANIZATION.

I was very well satisfied with the time I have spent in Ifortis. As an Intern there were a
lot of opportunities for me to learn and put me through situations where I can self-learn
for example talking with participants and being convincing, which I believe is a necessary
asset for my future. Overall, my days as Intern at Ifortis were very beneficial for me and I
am extremely happy with my experience there.

2) WHAT ARE THE DIFFICULTIES FACED WHILE DOING SOP-1 & SOP-2?

The main barrier I faced was the lack of contacts for me to reach and explain what these
events are.

3) HOW YOU MANAGED TO OVERCOME THOSE?

I was able to overcome the above-mentioned barrier with ease as I used my social
media to promote and learned what the key aspects of the events are so that I can
convince potential participants to participate. After some few conversations I was able
to explain with more ease and confident.

4) EXPLAINATION AND COMMUNICATION OF TASKS AS PER YOU.

I was asked to bring forth registrations for two events organized by an organization.
The minimum target was 3 and maximum was up to us. We were given corporate ID’s
So that when we make participants register, we were able to use it as reference ID and
as well as these tasks there were assignments for us to do in between that actually
made me knowledgeable in the subject. The communication done to the interns were
very effective and fast, there was a WhatsApp group were updates were given regularly.

5) HOW IS YOUR MENTOR WITH YOU?

My mentor Amrutha Thomas is one of the friendliest person I have encountered. She
gave clear cut instruction on what needs to be done and was not hesitant to clear our
doubts through out the internship. She checked up on us regularly and motivated us to
do our task .
