the environment.
3) Quality Policy – They always focus on quality standards.

5) Whistle blower policy - The Whistleblower Policy lays down guidelines
for reporting of Protected Disclosures, by employees, directors and other
stakeholders, relating to violation of Tata Code of Conduct.

Citizenship, TATA Motors believe in actively assisting in the

7) Dividend distribution Policy - This Policy seeks to lay down a broad
framework for the distribution of dividend by the Company whilst
appropriately balancing the need of the Company to retain resources for
the Company’s growth & sustainability. Through this policy, the
Company also endeavors to maintain fairness and consistency while
considering distributing dividend to the shareholders

Objectives and Strategies

Tata motors focus is on strengthening market presence by offering solutions


that meet and surpass customers' expectations and deliver hassle-free sales

Tata intends to meet the evolving needs of the vehicle industry by launching
a new product line. These items are made with the goal of offering comfort,

Human Resource Management

Tata motors do an Executive Selection Scheme (ESS). It is a fast track


programme for accelerated growth of high potentials professionals. The
selected candidates join high level in terms of promotion and learning. They
provide 4 months training in IIM. They also provide project based training
program.

Tata Motors' diversified portfolio includes sports utility vehicles, buses,


lorries, a wide range of cars, and defence vehicles. The company is also one
of India's major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), providing a

Tata Motors reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 1,451.05 crore for the
December quarter against a profit of Rs 2,941.48 crore in the same quarter last
year. The total revenue from operations came in at Rs 72,229.29 crore, down
4.52 per cent against Rs 75,653.79 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
