SCORING ME THODOLOGY
• One Run
For every new registration from 17th September 2021 for S/E to Tier 2 cadre employees
• Three Runs
For every new registration from 17th September 2021 for Tier 3 & 4 cadre employees
• Four Runs
One course completion badge earned by S/E to Tier 2 cadre employees (Oct Month)
• Six Runs
One course completion badge earned by Tier 3 to Tier 4 cadre employees (Oct Month)
• Twelve Runs (Sixer + Six Runs Bonus)
Earned six course completion badges by six unique employees between Oct 1-15
• Twenty-Four Runs (Sixer + Eighteen Runs Bonus)
Earned four course completion badges by four unique employees between Oct 16-31
• Half Century
Vertical employees who completed reading fifty materials (Oct Month) - which include Book,
Book summary, Audio summary or Audio book. *Points will be awarded for multiple of 50 only
