3:00-3:10pm Wearing of PPE and checking of Grooming
3:10-3:25pm Going to the Nursing station for Checking of In-house
patient.
3:25-3:35pm Distribution and Patient assignment to students/Area of
Assignment.
3:35-4:00pm Checking of Patient’s chart(If available)
4:00-4:30pm Taking of First vital signs/Intake-Output Monitoring
4:30-4:40pm Plotting of Vital Signs/Intake-Output to the V.S Monitoring
sheet.
4:40-5:20pm Perform Nursing Care of Patient and Assisting in
Procedures with Supervision of the Clinical Instructor.

IFC Insertion/Removal/Draining(If there is)

Preparation of Oral and IV medication
Administration of Oral and IV medication with the
supervision of the Clinical Instructor
6:00-6:30pm Receiving of Nursing Endorsement.
6:30-6:45pm Joining the Patients rounds
6:45-7:00pm Dinner Break
7:00-7:30pm Taking of Second Vital signs and Intake/Output Monitoring
7:30-7:45 Plotting of Vital signs/Intake-Output to the V.S Monitoring

7:45-9:30pm Continuation of Bedside care to Assigned patients.
9:30-9:45pm Post Conference with the Clinical Instructor.
