Offer Letter

Dear Punam,
Further to your discussion, we are pleased to of f er you the position of “Senior Software Engineer”. You are
. requested to join duties with ef f ect f rom “April 5th , 2022”, f or this of fer to be valid.
Please note that this of f er is valid till ”5th April, 2022”, unless extended in writing by us. You are requested to
conf irm acceptance of this of fer by the date mentioned above. Should we not receive a conf irmation f rom you
by the above-mentioned date; the of f er will automatically stand withdrawn.

Your annual Total Cost to Company (TCTC) will be Rs. 16,00,000/- (Sixteen Lakh Only), all subject to standard
and statutory deductions. A detailed breakup of the TCTC is attached in Annexure I.

As a part of joining f ormalities you have to sign a non-disclosure, non-competing and non-solicitation agreement
& Service Level Agreement (If applicable) with the company and will be binding on you as per the tenure clause
of such agreement.

Please submit the f ollowing documents bef ore the date of joining f or our of f icial employment records and
produce the same in original f or verif ication on the day of joining.

• All Educational and Prof essional certif icates.

• Address Proof (e.g. Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Phone Bill, Passport).
• Appointment, relieving and experience letters f or the current and the previous employer.
• Latest increment / promotion letter (if any).
• Last three month’s salary slip of current & one f rom previous employer.
• Three Passport sized photographs. PAN Card & Aadhar Card Copy.

Your of f er has been made based on inf ormation f urnished by you. Any discrepancy f ound in the copies of
documents, certif icates or ref erence check, the company retains the right to revoke the of fer of employment.

The appointment letter will be issued to you af ter completion of all the joining f ormalities & submission of all the
necessary documents.

Probation & Training Period

As per the company policy, you will be on probation f or a period of 6 months, while on probation, you will be
provided ‘on the job’ training f or report writing related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understanding business research objectives & design market research to discover prospective market
pref erences.
• Collecting primary data on customer and consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating
inf ormation into actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
• Analyze the MICRO and MACRO markets with respect to strategic issues, opportunities, market trends,
competitor’s perspective and other such high- level segments. .

• Perf orm valid and reliable market research as per business requirements.
• Interpret data, f ormulate reports and make recommendations.
• Use online market research and catalogue f indings to databases
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market of f erings, pricing/ business models, sales
and modes of operation
• Evaluate research methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the
angle of the release is correct
• Remain f ully inf ormed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practice

Copyrights and Disclosure

• During the period of your association with the company, you are not liable to disclose any
content/data/inf ormation about the company
• Works or designs originated, conceived, written, or made by you or in which you have participated with
others, either on completion or in marketable f orm, should be presented promptly when required by the
company
• All rights and copyrights of the work/material you produce either at the company’s premises or
elsewhere will belong to the company
• You will not, whether during or af ter the termination of your job, divulge any important inf ormation
af f ecting the business and image of the company, to anybody

Changes to your Terms of Job

The company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to terms and conditions of the job , as required for
business purposes. We assume that you will be responsible to f ulf il all the obligations that you may have with
previous employers bef ore joining Meticulous Market Research Pvt Ltd.

Meticulous Market Research Pvt Ltd. is not liable f or any obligations that you may have with any of your previous
employers.

Cancellation
This of f er and your employment with Meticulous Market Research Pvt Ltd. is contingent on your satisf actory
completion of all verif ication and / or background ref erence checks, which may occur at any time prior to / af ter
your ef f ective joining date.

Meticulous Market Research Pvt Ltd. holds the right to def er or cancel this of f er at any time bef ore or af ter your
joining in case any inf ormation f urnished by you is f ound incorrect or misleading.
