Students Involved: K-6 students

Student devices in LRSD are replaced every 5 years. This practice of Evergreening
ensures that the technology students use each day is up to date and running
productively. LRSD has funded ABD Evergreening money to replace our technology
over the summer. This fund will cover the cost of replacing teacher tech (classroom
desktop computers and teacher chromebooks), and student tech (chromebooks and

ipads). ABD desires to have students access technology on a 1:1 basis for grades 3-6
and a 2:1 basis for K-2. We will be re-using iPads that are still functional and able to
update. The Evergreening fund is able to cover the cost of the following: Teacher
desktop computers, teacher portable chromebooks, iPads, student chromebooks, tech
tubs, and an additional chromebook cart.
