This workshop, targeted to administrators with or without
Exchange experience, covers administration and
configuration of Exchange Online for enterprise customers.
An experienced subject matter expert will educate your IT
staff on all concepts, including integration with on-
premises infrastructure, recipient management,
authentication, service administration, security, and
compliance.
Objectives
After completing this training, students will be able to:
• Understand key concepts of administering Exchange
Online, including the related components in Office 365,
such as Azure Active Directory and Security &
Compliance Center
• Understand how Exchange Online functions in a Hybrid
environment, including the key concepts of Directory
Synchronization and Authentication.
Course Material
In addition to learning about these concepts, attendees
will complete hands-on labs using a dedicated on-
premises environment that they integrate with a trial
tenant to gain experience with the following features;
• Directory synchronization
• Federated authentication (using AD FS)
• Exchange hybrid, including mailbox migration and
cross-premises functionality
Hands-on Labs
• Most of the concepts covered above will be supported
by hands-on labs and demos
• Access to resources and labs for up to 6 months post
class completion.
