MS TEAMS – SETUP FOR

MOBILE
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Smartphone
2. Active Internet Connection
3. Updated Mobile Device Software
4. Active E-Mail Address
STEP 1: Open the Play Store (Android), or App Store (iOS) in your
device.
STEP 2: Search for MS Teams.
STEP 3: Click ‘Install’
STEP 4: Once the application is installed in your device, you may now log-
in using your account credentials, or you can create a new account by
clicking ‘Sign up for free’.
STEP 5: Enter your e-mail address, then select ‘For work’ when prompted
by the application. Enter your password.
STEP 6: After setting-up your account, you will be re-directed to the main
interface of the app. Usually, there will be a notification from the app which says
‘You are not part of any organization’. Petron’s Recruitment Team will send
an invite link to your e-mail which will serve as your access for the Video
Interview. You can temporarily close MS Teams while while waiting for the email
invitation.
STEP 7: Once email invitation is received, click the ‘Join Microsoft Teams
Meeting’ link.
MS Teams app will open and you will be directed to the lobby. You will receive a
prompt stating that someone in the meeting should approve your access of
the Videocon. Kindly wait and inform your Recruiter once you have accessed
the link.
