Reflection:

I felt as though the Probability/Impact Risk Rating Matrix was a great way to quickly be

able to determine the degree of risk in a numerical value. This can be helpful for a

multitude of reasons, including allowing a project manager to be able to better

communicate their fears about a project risk. In my project, I felt as though the only

major risk was that of scope creep. Other risks like employees leaving would be high

impact, but low probability. I feel as though indexing these risks in this way made me

realize that scope creep was the most dangerous risk for the project due to the

combination of probability and impact.
