TLSv1.2
fedramp-compliant

Google have investeigated the issue had menitoned about Averydennsion being
fedramp-compliant group which is not supporing some of the applcaion to connect to
IMAP. we are waiting for official confirmation and next step from Google on same.

TLS version of it to get the confirmation from Shekhar before join the call

Google indicates that a program called FedRAMP recently took effect that required
TLS v1.2 for IMAP servers.  Google’s recommendation is to upgrade our servers’ TLS
version to be compliant.  However, we (Avery Dennison) do not recommend this
upgrade as this may cause more problems.  Our recommendation is to get removed from
the FedRAMP program to remove the TLS v1.2 compliance requirement.

ACTION ITEMS:

Avery Dennison team will check the affected servers to confirm the TLS version used
Google will provide  a link to the Google article related to FedRAMP compliance and
when it officially took effect
Google will provide additional details in the case notes on how FedRAMP impacted us
Google to find out if we can be removed from the program and how quickly this can
happen

Avery Dennison and Google teams have another sync up call at 2:00pm PDT to provide
status on the above action items.
