MANAGE YOUR STRESS

1. How do you cope up with stress?


ANSWER:
I cope with stress by eating healthy food regularly, sleeping on the
right time and doing a little bit of exercise. I always take a little bit rest
because sometimes our body needs rest to stop for a while in doing some
things that makes us stressed. And sometimes I do hangging out with my
friends to have some updates in our life and giving advice to each other. I also
listen to a worship songs because whenever I listen to worship song I always
feel like I relieve my stress. And I always keep in mind to look at the bright side
of every situation because everything happens for a reason.

2. What do you think are the reasons why most of the teenager’s experience
stress? (Give 3 reasons)
ANSWER:
 School especially homeworks , exams and pressure to do so.
 Negative thoughts or feelings about themselves
 To many things to do , and feeling unprepared or overwhelmed by task in
school , organization and etc.

3. How do you manage your time as a college student?


ANSWER:
We are all aware that our current condition,as well as the entire world ,
is difficult due to pandemic. And being a college student is not as simple as we
always imagined. Because it is totally different from what we used to think.
Many activities such as series of quizzes, task given that needs to be done to
catch up with the deadlines in each lesson. As a college student I organize my
time by making a schedule so that I can maximize my time and for me to be
able to do all the tasks that needs to be done. I also set limitations in the
distraction like browsing in socmed, playing games in cellphone and etc.
because I'm that kind of person that can be easily distracted. So that the only
key for a college student like me to manage time wisely is to have a proper
time management.
