In connection with our business partnership commencing a two-year contract, we’re assigning
Ms. Jeza E. Brigola a regular employee of Customer Frontline Solutions Inc. a manpower
subsidiary of CIS Bayad Center Inc. with DOLE Certificate of Registration No. NCR -PF0-
82110-112812-024-LR to your store.

The above employee / Area coordinator will be assigned to your store on April 22, 2022. Ms.
Brigola is the assigned temporary reliever teller of Ms. Gladys Mae Pasaje following the
schedule from 8:00am – 5:00 pm with (1) hour lunch break (15) min. coffee break.

He will be mainly responsible for:

1.) Manning bills payment counters.

2.) Assisting customer and attending to queries pertaining to Bayad Centers' services.
3.) Responsible for the cleanliness and keeping tidy of Bills Payment Counter Area.

Attached herewith are the necessary requirements needed by your good office.
