Dear Mr./Mrs. Fojas,

Good day.

This is Mr. John Paulo B. Cortez, the subject teacher of Van Ira Fojas in English 8. I am
writing this letter due to the disrespect of your son to me and to the validity and credibility of his
summative test. Attached in this letter were his answers in the summative test scheduled last
March 22 but answered it on March 24 instead without notifying me.
