general?
- The relevance of Ethics as subject or area of discipline it is playing an important
role on dealing what is good and bad in commitment and moral duty. To Jurisprudence the
relevance of Ethics into it are it aims for the honor and dignity into the legal profession to ensure
the spirit of friendly co-operation and Ethics is concerned with good human conduct in the light
of public opinion. In general, the relevance of ethics it is playing an important role to know what
is the right from wrong and good from bad. It is also keeping our promises, guided us to tell the
truth, or helping someone who are in need.

2. Please explain how the importance of the relationship between ethics and jurisprudence
in health care practice.
-The importance of the relationship between ethics and jurisprudence in health
care practice is: You cannot work in a healthcare setting without an understanding of the legal
implication for both you and your patient. Therefore, as a healthcare worker you must adhere to
certain ethical standards and code of conduct. Although it may be the law that has the final say in
medical cases, ethics plays a large role in determining what the law says. And without these
guidelines, medical malpractice would go unpunished, and more importantly, lives would be lost.
