When it comes to misunderstandings, it signifies and teaches us the importance of communication.

As it
is the most usual and better way to resolve issues in any team or group. Based on the situation given, I
support Bea for the decision she made. If I were her, I would do the same as a facilitator to hold Ben
accountable for his irresponsibility and I would not be sorry for making him accountable. As a facilitator,
you also have to teach your team and not to tolerate their wrong doings. Ben should think about the
consequences of his actions even before the meeting begins, because it was already said that they
needed to attend prepared because their project was too complex. However in some circumstances, if I
were in a situation similar to Ben, I would not act the same way he did. I wouldn’t make things more
complicated to my team. I would rather take responsibility. To make things clear to them, I would try my
best to share the reasons why I’m not prepared and genuinely tell my feelings with the group so that
they are aware. We may also sufficiently discuss the issue. I'd put my pride aside and apologize to Bea,
accepting the consequences of my actions. As a result, I'll do a better job next time to make things work
with the team.

What’s more likely how I would react to this kind of situation is how Andrew acted. I will, like he did,
make every effort to resolve any problems. I will not allow any wrongdoing by myself or any of my
groupmates, and I will never put our teamwork in jeopardy.

However, unlike Andrew, I will be help someone and not because of selfish just to satisfy my own deed,
just like how Andrew offered to help for his grade. I will be sincere in my intentions to help them in
resolving the conflict between the two.

As for the two members, they should have spoken up and shared their thoughts or opinions, which
would have helped the team get to know each other better and might have been beneficial for them to
know.

I will be the one to facilitate the communication in between the parties involved by reaching out And
helping them resolve the cause of their issues. I believe that agreement and understanding each other
will result to good teamwork.
