4. CONCLUSION
1. INTRODUCTION:
It can help you or your team surface unmet needs of the people you are
creating for.
It reduces the risk associated with launching new ideas.
It generates solutions that are revolutionary, not just incremental.
It helps organizations learn faster.

AEIOU:-
8
Objects: Users:
Improve security Industrial worker
Save space Airport employees
Lift materials Helpers
Stable operation Railway officer
Security guard
EMPATHY CANVAS:-
An Empathy Map is just one tool that can help you empathise and synthesise your
observations from the research phase, and draw out unexpected insights about your
user's needs. An Empathy Map allows us to sum up our learning from engagements
with people in the field of design research.
9
In Empathy canvas we briefly discussed about Users, Stakeholders, Activity and
story boarding.
10
IDEATION CANVAS:-
Ideation is the process where you generate ideas and solutions through sessions such
as Sketching, Prototyping, Brainstorming, Brain writing, Worst Possible Idea, and a
wealth of other ideation techniques. ... “Ideation is the mode of the design process in
which you concentrate on idea generation.
11
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CANVAS:-
• In Product Development canvas we briefly discussed about purpose for the
road construction. Product experience can useful for decrease in pits, less
case of accident. In the product function to provide easy transportation, more
connectivity. And also includes product features, customer revalidation,
components, etc.
Purpose:
Reduce the Risk of Damage to Materials
Lift Materials at Various Heights
Product experience:
loading and unloading of materials to be carried out easily
save energy and time in delivering goods
People:
Airport employees
Helpers
Railway officer
Security guard
Product features:
reduce investment
monitor the running of the system
avoid dust, contaminants
Components:
wooden base
clamp
actuators
Motor
Circuit transformer
Roller
Customer revalidation:
Not portable
Capacity limit
12
Reject, redesign, and retain:
Reject- NO
Retain
Redesign – additional worker needed to select goods

PROTOTYPE CANVAS
MECHANISM
One motor is connected with the shaft of the belt which will rotate
the conveyor belt.
Two motors and two actuator will be used for making the up-down
mechanism.
Two motor are connected with those actuator and when the motor
will rotate the actuator will move in the up-down position.
One another motor is provided in the bottom of the base and the
shaft will be connect to the clamp which is connected with that
motor shaft with the help of brass coupling.
So with the help of this we can rotate the conveyor belt at 360°.
So with the help of this 360°rotated conveyor belt the material
handling can be done easily at desired place.
3. FEEDBACK FORM:
1. DO YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CONVEYER BELT?
For the design engineering – 2 (B) we have discussed about the 360 0 CONVEYER BELT
WITH AXIAL ROTATION. After taking a feedback from different people we had found
that it is the huge role of our project it provide best knowledge to the people
regarding how the work done in industries and how the heavy weight easily transfer.
We had included all their requirements in our project. And discuss on how to easily
solve the problem on the ground level.
