    The present variable environmental scanning in the given case is the societal environment
    this includes the values, beliefs, customs anf practices of a company. So, in the given case it is
    specifically on the technological because Kodak failed to innovate their products. Like for
    example innovating the product that they had into a new product to meet the market condition
    or to attract more consumer.
    2. The most appropriate industry analysis for Kodak to avoid organizational problem is SWOT
    analysis for them to know the strengths and weaknesses of its products or to know their
    competitors.
