B: I’m very sorry for your inconvenience, Mrs. Huong. Please allow me to call Gary.
He’s our maintenance engineer. He’s pretty good with computers. And anything else I

A: Everything is fine. But.. do the rooms come equipped with irons?

B: No, but they are available free of charge here at the front desk.

A: Can you send it up with the person who is going to look at my laptop?
B: Certainly. Gary should be up there by 2 oclock.

A: Thanks. What should I do with the iron when I’m finished?

B: You can keep it in your room. If you don’t hear back from me before 9 tonight, just
leave it on your desk and the cleaning staff will pick it up in the morning.

A: OK, thanks for everything.

B: Enjoy your stay, and don’t be afraid to ask if there is something else I can do for
