EXPERIENCE
Boston University, College of Engineering Boston, MA
Teaching Assistant – Medical Robotics August 2020 - December 2020
 Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, many aspects of university teaching had to adapt to new conditions. Alongside my research
advisor, I developed a series of video tutorials showcasing the hardware assembly, electrical instrumentation, and software
implementation of at-home, hands-on projects for a class on Medical Robotics.
 Functioned as the primary point-of-contact for students on project question and course content via email and arranged video
conference office hours.
BittWare, a Molex Company Concord, NH
Mechanical Engineer March 2018 - June 2019
 Designed a wind tunnel as a product development tool allowing for new thermal testing and characterization capabilities.
This tool was developed in conjunction with new thermal testing procedures to validate BittWare products to an enterprise
class scale.
 Drove the integration of liquid cooled thermal solutions for existing products, enabling vast electrical and thermal
performance improvements.
 Developed volume production testing infrastructure and support for liquid cooled electronics, enabling the mass production
and sale of high-power FPGA solutions exceeding 400 watts.
Aavid, Thermal Division of Boyd Corporation Laconia, NH
Associate Design Engineer May 2017 - February 2018
 Functioned as a thermal design consultant for various customers including military and aerospace applications.
 Delivered solutions to meet customer thermal specifications using CFD tools and hardware design of heatsinks, cold-plates, and
heat-pipe assemblies.
 Designed detailed prototypes for customer custom applications, working side by side with customers to manage projects and
provide delivery of thermal solutions.
 Tested cold plate products in a salt spray environmental test as well as thermal cycling chambers.
 Designed and developed R&D experiment, working closely with Aavid’s director of new technologies, to optimize
thermosiphon performance. System wide development including hardware instrumentation and LabView coding for automated
testing.
Aavid Thermalloy Laconia, NH
Engineering Associate May 2016 - September 2016
 Developed an improved thermal control system for a thermal interface material tester, which introduced a simplified and
elegant microcontroller with a faster response time and minimal overshoot to prevent damage to critical components.
 Provided support to manufacturing teams by compiling a database of similarly shaped heatsink bases to optimize metal
extrusion die design.
