BUSINESS PLAN

1) Discovery of a business opportunity :- I am going to

start a business. But before starting a business. I had to think about

the becomes which I am capable to start and arm a good profit.

Bringing into consideration of many opportunity of starting a

business. I selected the business that is most promising risk. I

selected the business used with limited risk. I selected a product

i.e. is fruit rick a mix fruit drink.But before taking into

consideration for this product I looked upon the capital

requirement for the proposed business activity. I also considered

the future profit ability and scope for the expansion. I discussed

with many business man about this product and about the sale of

sale of product in the market

2) Size of business firm :- Taking into all consideration I have

selected the fruit kick product for business. I have selected the size

according to my budget to start the business. Before selecting the

 size of the business. I took into considerations all the factors

consideration all the factors such as financial, technical, marketing,

managerial and so on I ave decided the optimum size.before fixing

the size. I size considered various factor such as the funds available

and the market demand. Seeing my budget I established my fruit

sale business unit. I completed my fruit kick companys registration

process .government also supported me in starting the business and

also gave tax concession for the business

3) Location Of a Business Enterprise:- My third step was

that I selected my location area to start the business in the small

town Dahanu road near the highway road. At this location all raw

material, electricity facility, labour, transport facility, near to the

market are all available. The location I selected was little costly but

came into my budget and no complaint came against my fruit kick

company

4) Machinery Equipment and LayOut:- All the latest

machinery used for making the fruit drink was through in the
 company. All construction work of the company was completed.

Before bringing the machinery. I consulted the experts of the frooti

company to check the machinery and the technologies. All the

machinery were fitted and were of a very high speed.

5) Selection Of Form Of Organization:- I was only alone the

owner of my fruits kick company. No partners were the owner of

the company. But expert’s member and manager were given job in

my company. All members have a good knowledge of handing a

business company in a good project and try to develop the fruit

kick company into a big industry

6) Financial Planning:- For starting the business of my fruit kick

company I required capital which I took from bank through loan

process some capitals were contributed by my friends and some by

my relatives. Everything which the company was fulfilled. All the

decisions were taken correctly about the financial needs

7) Physical Facilities:- All physical facilities were taken into

consideration by me. I arranged electricity facility a place for

dispose of waste material. I gave a very good condition to the

fibrous and the man power training in the company. Almost all

facilities were provided to the business or company does not stop

8) Raw materials / Ingredients:- The fruits kick contained

the following ingredients such as mix fruit pulp water, sugar, citric

acid ascorbic acid and approved coloring and flavoring. This all

raw materials will be supplied to the company regularly . There has

been a deal made between techinal company and me the owner of

fruits kick company that raw materials will be supplied to my

company regularly

9) Packing of the fruit kick drink :- To ensure convenicnce

fruit kick is offered in size variants. I litre, 250ml and 250ml tetra

packs. Many consumer suggestion came that the consumer needed

a recap bottle that didn’t exist in the fruit drink segent. I considered

the consumer requirement strongly and my new business also

 launched the fruit kick into a new hygienic hot jell PET bottle,

making it the first mix fruit drunk to the offered in the PET bottles

10) Legal Procedural Facilities :- All legal procedural

facilities were taken into consinderations. And the drinks which

was going to be offered by the company was made from a quality

ingredients which gave the best taste and no harm to consumer. A

ready drink for every age

11) Man power personal requirement :- Slowly Slowly

very personal requirement was fulfilled by company

12) Launching of the enterprise :- Now the company has

finished the major work before starting a business enterprise. All

the member and manager and worked all aspects of the business.

Now the company is going start the enterprise production process

started. Many sales agent were employed. Production and sale was

at a very high speed. Every was taken into consideration.

Alteractive bottle also increase the sale. Best quality drink was
provide to the consumer. Sale increase which provides a very good

profit. By this was my fruit kick company was launched which

made an excellent goodwill in the market and was in a good

project
