Supply Chain Senior Director (2019 – 2022)
Responsible for the supply chain for the Consumer and Pharmaceutical divisions in Mexico, executing strategic direction in Customer
Service, Accounts Receivable, Distribution Center, Logistics, Foreign Trade, and Demand Management. Reporting to the VP of Latam
with a high-performance team of 210 collaborators, seven senior managers, a self-motivated distribution center of excellence, and
collaborative work with three manufacturing plants focusing on initiatives and solutions in a competitive and sustainable environment
in the optimization of continuous improvement, cost, safety, quality, service, and sales growth.

 Led the development of multi-functional teams with a focus on increasing productivity and strategic thinking in the
segmentation of the client portfolio, increasing the level of service with a Fill Rate of 95%.
 Developed and implemented the strategy to improve cash flow indicators with excellent results in reducing days sales

Responsible for the leadership and execution of product and service negotiations at the North America regional level, with responsibility
