Scope and Limitation

The study focuses on the satisfaction of customers to the Café Restaurant of

Dunkin Donut. The researcher will mainly be targeting the selected Grade 12 ABM

students of Our Lady of Fatima University Valenzuela Campus, SY 2021-2022 who will be

represent as the population. This study will be done through the use of questionnaire to

the respondents as a survey and reference to gather and collect the data needed for this

research. The researchers will survey 30 students with the ages of 17-19 years old as

needed. This will be mainly focusing on students who buy and goods on Dunkin Donut to

know the strategy to promote their product and to satisfy their customer.

This study will analyze the customer satisfaction of Dunkin Donut, and how

important the customer service to the customer. And how effective the market strategy of

Dunkin Donut to its future customer.
