1: INTRODUCTION
 1.1: Introduction

Dental Clinic System is easy to use, full-featured and flexible

clinic management system.

It allows system user to manage master information like doctor,

patient, treatment category, prepare doctor schedule, to view list
of doctors, available appointment time, book appointment, cancel
appointment, view his appointment history,store treatment details.

Dental Clinic System is an integrated solution designed

specifically for medium and small dental clinic to manage doctors
appointments, store treatment details.

The program's interface is designed to be simple and its use can

be grasped in minutes even by inexperienced computer users.
 1.2: Existing System

Existing system refers to the system that is being followed till now.

Presently all the clinics functionalities are done manually. That is

if a patient want to consult a doctor he can visit their till his chance
called. This is make the person very difficult . An appointment are
distributed directly. The main disadvantage is time consuming.
Limitation of exiting system is if sum one patient loses his receipt,
difficulties to find out patient has assign tickets. To defect this
limitation we do computer system.

It works on current basis.

In existing system records are kept on the registration book.

Which is difficult to store and maintain couple of records on the

book.

Searching records in the registration book is very time consuming.

Storing years of record in the book required lots of space so it can

be very costly.

There is possibility of redundancy of records.

 1.3: Proposed System

This is a Desktop-application which is easy to maintain the day to

day appointments.

Very easy to use system that will show you all available doctors'
schedules in one click.

Store treatment history and can view patient treatment history

reports.

Doctors can view their appointment list from his login.

 1.4: Objectives of the System

The objective of the system is to maintain all appointment records

and patient history.

The usage of the system is make accuracy in all reports and

doctor appointment Schedule.

Dentist would be able to significantly improve the operational

control and thus operations.

1.5: Scope of the System

System will help to keeping, maintaining records and managing
clinic in systematic way.

Administrator can manage doctor’s database and schedule from

control panel

Powerful search facility available for searching doctor, patient and

appointments.
2: ANALYSIS
2.1: Feasibility Study:-
The main objective of feasibility study is to test the technical,
operational and economic feasibility of developing a computer system.
Investigating of any system and generation ideas about a new system does
this. Thus feasibility of any system may be viewed from the following three
angles:

 1. Technical Feasibility:-

It requires the study of using Hardware and Software. It is to be used.

Technical feasibility study of developing the software we require:

Hard Disk: 20 GB Min

RAM : 512 GB Min

Monitor : 15.6 inches color monitor

SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION:-

Operating System: Windows10

Language: C#.

Database: MYSQL.
 2. Operational Feasibility:-

Operational Feasibility:-
The main objective of the feasibility study is to take care of
the technical, Operational, logical and economic feasibility of
developing the computerized system.

All systems are feasible, given unlimited resources and

infinite time. It is both necessary and useful to evaluate the
feasibility of the project at System study phase itself.
The feasibility study to be conducted for this project Involves.

Economic Feasibility:-

In the economic feasibility the development cost of the

system is evaluated weighing it against the ultimate benefit
derived from the new system.

It is found that the benefit, from the new system would be

more than the cost and time involved in its development.
