QUESTIONS:

Why it is important to analyze existing product? In your own opinion

how will you do it?

Every product is created in a unique way. Before any product can be built, we must first
grasp the critical materials, processing, economic, and aesthetic decisions that must be made.
Understanding these decisions can aid us in creating and constructing for ourselves. It can also
help determine the cost of manufacturing a product by evaluating how much material is required
and what machinery is required. This can be used to figure out what percentage profit can be
enhanced by lowering costs. Reduce production costs by using less expensive materials or hiring
fewer personnel.
To analyze existing products, First, be as descriptive as possible when labeling the sections
of the design. Look closely at how pieces are joined, the materials used, textures, and so on, and
give the parts a name; use the right name or a name that describes the part. Second, Determine the
purpose of each part's function. Determine the function and how it operates. Examine the part from
several angles; if you can't, attempt to imagine how the opposite side would appear. And lastly,
examine the complexities; how do the components interact? Are there any intriguing or unusual
connections between the components? Examine the design, components, and functionality.
