Answer the following comprehension questions based on the audio clip. Write your answer on
a document, then turn in it here.

1. What is the main idea of the clip?

We should have budget and track our expenses to avoid debt.

2. Who are the persons involved in the audio clip? Describe each of them.
The guy (debtor) and the girl (creditor). The guy doesn’t have financial plans and
spend a lot in unnecessary expenses such as entertainment purposes, often buying food
outside and lastly, he owned a sportscar so his income from his job is always short and tend to
borrow from his sister when he run out of money. While his sister is a complete opposite of
him, the girl knows how to manage expenses and even give him an advice to get away from
debt.

3. What advice could you give to the man?

Like what his sister suggests, he must have a budget and stick to it. Sports car is a total
liability I don’t advice to owned one because its maintenance alone literally could make you
broke.

4. If you could give a title to it, what would it be? Why?

“The Importance of Financial literacy” Because from the book I read “Rich Dad; Poor
Dad” written by Robert Kayosaki he said it’s not how money you earned it’s how you save.
