place of the courts, yards, and light wells that is free from the walls that enclose
with the well and exclusion to the yards with roof leaders, wall copings, sills, or
steel fire escapes not exceeding with measurements of 1.2m in wide.

2. I understand with what is provided in Section 803, paragraphs 1-3 of Rule VIII
of the NBCP are that this section focuses on measurements moreover to the
future expansion of the building yet regulating and considering the occupancy
of the building and, also the lot capacity that how much lot can still be used in
future developments, its limits in the standards required by the law. Abiding this
law helps people live a well ventilated and well luminated area (natural light and
ventilation). Imagine if all lot owners use the totality of the whole site with a
building, no fresh air, not enough sunlight to enter the building and if ever there
is a fire the building easily be destroyed due to its closeness to another
building/structure.

3. Indicating the parts of our property with the things that are discussed in Sections
