clearly, target their objectives carefully, then make their demands
known to the Public Utilities Commission. If enough reports reach the
Commission, it will become clear that these are not isolated instances.
Citizens must demand that utility companies prove there is a strong
need to put up more power lines in residential neighborhoods.
