● Take a minute to think about the community that you live in. What does it look like?

Social commentary

● Social Commentary is the act of commenting or highlighting an issue to the public in the
hopes of resolving the issue
● Social commentary often critiques one or more parts of society in the hopes of finding
a solution
● Write down some ways people comment on society?

● Create a google slides presentation on a social issue of your choice that is important to you

● Find three sources that support your topic Use a quote from each in your presentation (3 quotes total). You must also

use images.

● Must have information and explanations and no slide can have only images

● this must be at least 7 slides long

● You need a works cited at the end of the presentation for the 3 sources. Use citationmachine.net to make the works

cited.
