1. Create lasting annotated bibliography – adding anything about access, equity,
underrepresentation, info from Systems Failure doc *get info about schools that are
making changes with having gifted identification more equitable* (⅓ of students do
NOT get served currently), any articles and TABs used, etc. Gather Journal Articles —
search for literature.
a. Searching for – “Equity using case studies of school districts moving towards
more equitable practices within gifted education” (school reforms for better
outcomes for students, policies to disrupt disequitable)
b. how to use TABs within school and also how to correctly complete them
