Is NeoCov deadly? Will it bring a new Pandemic?!

HOOK:

India reports 2.35 lakh new Covid cases, 871 deaths in last 24 hours, as of 28 jan when im shooting this
video. In this, 3rd wave 1-1.5 years for delta variant and few months for omicron. And isi beech new variant
neocov

3 rumours: the potential to kill one of every three infected people, was discovered in South Africa
amongst bats,  possibly enter human cells.

Will it create a new pandemic,

INTRO

Source of Afwaah(basis): The Afwah are apparently based on a Chinese research paper of WUHAN! On
NeoCoV. what the research paper is saying is that NeoCoV, which has so far been found only in
bats, may be able to infect humans if it undergoes a particular type of mutation. and Every Afwah is
based on this statement. That is yet to be peer-reviewed. Research says more, will discuss it while
talking about other afwaah further in the video,

True/false-

1) was discovered in South Africa amongst bats( true): NeoCoV::::; is NOT a new variant of the
coronavirus, found in 2011 in SA in bats.  species of bats known as Neoromicia, rishtedaar of
corona virus(cov). So NeoCoV. NeoCoV shares an 85% similarity to MERS-CoV in the genome
sequence, making it the closest known relative of MERS-CoV. MERS-CoV belongs to the larger
coronavirus family and is one of the seven known coronaviruses that can infect humans. 7th=
SARScov-2 and MERS is one of the 7 of all that can infect human.
2) the potential to kill one of every three infected people( totally wrong and then tell research
paper and its basis of this inference.)::::
NeoCoV shares an 85% similarity to MERS-CoV in the genome sequence, making it the closest
known relative of MERS-CoV. Both are coronavirus. Mers spreaded in Middle east(Saudi, UAE)
and had Fatality rate=35%(means it kills one out of three). So due to similarity in genome
sequence, the afwah is derived
3) possibly enter human cells.(For now totally wrong, for future Partially true)
its Chachera Bhai MERS Cov which enter cells via DPP4 receptors. MERS-CoV and NeoCoV use
different receptors to infect cells. Researchers of the paper say NeoCov can use ACE2 receptors
of bats but they can’t use human ACE2 receptor unless a new mutation occurs.. The researchers
clearly say that in laboratory experiments, the virus was unable to efficiently enter human ACE2
receptors. The researchers then looked at structural differences in the bat receptor and the
human receptors, and narrowed down on proteins, which through a single mutation, may push
the virus to human beings. This, however, was just a laboratory experiment. Everything else is
hype. Conclusion: NeoCoV cannot interact with human receptors, implying that in its current
form the virus cannot infect humans.
4) Will it lead to Pandemic: No,due to Zoonotic spillover process.  It is possible for viruses that
infect animals to jump to humans, a process which is known as zoonotic spillover. There are
many infections that occur in animals and these viruses are have increased chance of transfer of
virus from animal to humans because of close contact between both. You might have seen
people kissing their pets. Many major infectious diseases, including COVID-19, is widely thought
to be a result of spillover. Why Always bats when talking about corona viruses. While animals,
including bats, are generally considered as the reservoirs of coronaviruses, rarely spillover
events could occur.
This zoonotic spill is a very rare process (covid, nipah), nahi to roz ek naya virus apne saath ek
naya pandemic leke aata
