Good morning respected panel memebers,

I am harshita sharma from ft f and today i am here to present the live project I
did in tradevinder under the guidance of ranjana patel maam, our faculty
mentor and saloni maam of trade vinder.
So lets start with a brief overview about the company, TradeVinder works with
an aim to provide financial security to its customer. They are the financial
consultant, and their roots can be traced back to 8 years’ experience where they
are serving client’s best interest internationally. Their motto is to Hit the Bull’s
Eye that is hitting every target. they basically provides financial services in the
forex and comex market. They invest clients’ money based on the clients’
decisions. They are an organization that helps clients manage their money. Their
research board do the ground analysis and come up with the best ideas to add
on to client’s fortune. The researchers believe in the conventional and thorough
study to provide our client with the best and profitable suggestions.

Objective
Now, if I talk about the live project which I did there.
 So as I was working as a digital marketing intern, the primary objective of
this project was to generate potential leads for profit maximization.
 Create brand awareness among the targeted audience of the company.
 Creating awareness regarding the forex and comex.

Work done
Now, the work I did there mainly was
promotions and advertising by various methods identified:
1. Social Media Marketing
-Facebook Marketing
-Instagram Marketing
-Twitter Marketing
-Pinterest Marketing
-Whatsapp Marketing
2. I learned about Search Engine Optimization.
3. I also scheduled Daily social media activities.
4. And Running digital Ad Campaigns.
5. Generating Leads from various social platforms.
Along with that the major role and responsibilities which I had were
o Identifying ways of promotion and advertising.
o Enhancing the traffic of the company’s website.
o Improving conversion efficiency.
o Converting new clients.
o Handling queries of already existing clients.
o Strategically planning and displaying Ads Campaigns.

Learnings
Being a digital marketing intern was basically one of the most exciting job in a
company and will most likely be tasked with the most creative job tasks such as
uploading content to the website, designing an email newsletter, and writing social
media posts.
Working as a digital marketing intern provided optimal learning platform to gain a
broad overview of various digital marketing disciplines.
Along with that I was able to put what I learned in my first year of the MBA curriculum
into reality.
 How to conduct formal communication, including how to interact with each level of
management in order to complete tasks.
 Learned about foreign digital marketing difficulties and possibilities.
 Gained a fundamental grasp of SEO, SEM, SMM, and other related terms.
 I also learned how to deal with the clients and how to convert prospective leads.
 It is critical to meet each and every demand of the customer, no matter how minor
or large that requirement is.
 I got a taste of corporate life, which gave me valuable experience

application of classroom models


Now if I talk about the application of classroom models then,
There are various concept and skills which I’ve learned in classrooms and I was able
to implement during my live project. Some of such concepts are as follows:
Customer Relationship Management
During the live project I got an opportunity to execute the concepts of CRM, while
dealing with the clients and resolving their queries.
Data Analysis
During the live project I worked in analysing and handling the database for better
decision making and forecasting, which helped the company in planning better
marketing strategy for future.
Fundamental of Management
There are a number of Management models which helped me during the live project
and enhanced my productivity in the organization.
Presentation Skills and Creative Writing
During my tenure at live project we have to contact the potential lead the subject
business communication helped me a lot in making the conversation interactive and
work accordingly.
Creative writing skill learned from college classroom helped me writing the trend
reports with ease and helped to present them in a better way.
Marketing Management
During the internship I implemented the concepts like Holistic marketing concept,
Selling concept, Societal marketing concept, Service marketing concept etc.

Skills developed
Working in Tradevinder gave me glimpse of working in corporate as most of the
companies teach a lot of basic skills during the live project. Some of the skills I
developed during my live project are:
Data Analysis
As I already mentioned it is used to collect and process extensive collections of data
from various online interactions of the target market. Along with that data cleansing,
which was eliminating incorrect, duplicated, or incomplete data on the database. So
While working on the live project, I learned to periodically purge the database of
outdated, useless data to avoid making ineffective marketing decisions.
Writing and Editing Skills
As we know Content writing is heart of digital marketing. Writing and editing are more
than just producing articles, It was also about connecting with your target audience
using relevant messages and convincing them to take the desired action.
SEO and SEM Skills
Google’s algorithm is constantly upgrading, and the importance of using relevant and
specific keywords have reached a new high. With the worldwide web becoming more
crowded each day, it’s important to stay updated and be fully aware of the latest
algorithm updates and factors that affect search ranking. At the same time, marketers
need to strategically consider those algorithms in their content creation and distribution
strategies to attract and engage people.
Email Marketing Skills
Even if email marketing is considered as an old practice, it’s still one of the most
effective ways to nurture a good relationship with customers. So, thinking outside the
box and providing the best email marketing service to the clients is very important.
To be able to create a dynamic email marketing campaign, I learned to know and
understand the right tools, metrics, and strategies. This includes analysing click rates,
identifying platform navigation, and running email campaigns.
CRM Skills
Customer Relationship Management involves strategies you can use to monitor and
maximize customer experience. By understanding customer interactions and
experience, I learned to connect with them on a personal and emotional level toward
improving your business.
If you want your customers to promote your brand, you’ll need a set of skills to help
you improve your Customer Service Management.
Paid Social Media Advertising Skills
Social media is no longer as simple as it used to be. Reaching your target market takes
more than creating a business page, using the right hashtags, or regularly posting
entertaining and relevant content.
Facebook Ads, for instance, provides marketers and advertisers with a comprehensive
tool to create and manage advertisements.
Basic Design Skills
In the world of marketing, it can’t be all about text. It also involves a well-designed
visual appearance. Therefore, having basic knowledge of design principles, it’s easier
to convey to the graphic designers, what you want your content to show.

Conclusion
As the company which deals in Forex market, the majority of their clients are from
outside India. Therefore, digital platforms are the best options available for the
company to reach the targeted audience. In order to reach the right audience scattered
in various countries digital Marketing provided a dynamic space to boost brand
awareness. TradeVinder is still in its growth stage and year-on-year they are expanding
not only in terms of customers but also the services they provide. I feel very grateful
to have this dynamic working experience with TradeVinder which has opened the
doors for me into the future of marketing.
